  Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited at the drive thru, was told to wait to order, waited 5 mins to be told "our computers shut down for the drive thru, you can come inside" I get inside and am not even greeted.. tried to order root beer and you're out.. is this a joke?

  The order was wrong... I ordered a single-hamburger and they gave me a double! But, the hamburger was cold. The guy in the back was complaining loudly to everyone and everything, and kind of banging things around. The front girl finally had to tell him to "Go to the basement". It's probably better on a better day. There weren't many customers when I was there... maybe they were slammed earlier???

  I haven't even ate the food yet, but I decided to try A&W tonight for their BOGO Tuesday deal and I've been stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes now... Not a happy camper for what I thought was going to be a "fast meal"
