- 1 / 5By George SamsonCame here for a birthday party. Worst hibachi I have tried not only in Colorado but anywhere. I love Japanese food and this was subpar at best. The sushi was not fresh, and the managers/owners were inconsiderate to their servers. Waited for drinks more than 15 minutes. The chef who prepared the food at the table was great on an entertainment level the food itself was not. I'd really recommend eating Thai instead of making a trip out of town - there is just not a good Japanese restaurant in Fort Collins. The hallway to the dining area smelled like moldy carpet. Overheard the owner making racist comments, gross behavior for an owner. Will not be back.June 28, 2016
