It seemed like half of the place was open, but somehow those lanes were reserved...for someone unseen and the teenagers behind the register couldn't sufficiently articulate to us as to while they didn't want to take out money. We ended up going to their North location and the staff there was great. It did cost us 20 minutes in family time to drive up there...November 06, 2016
- 2 / 5By Shana DuffyStaff is fine but management needs to rethink their policies. Charging "peak" pricing for all of winter and spring breaks when it is not even busy. I'd understand if it was crazy busy but gouging regulars is awful. Also, they do NOT accept free game cards during these times either.
Lastly, they do have a better variety of balls at this one than other locations.June 11, 2016
