  We visit pretty regularly and I've never had any issue with our meals. Appetizer, dinner, & desserts for 3 for less than $50 - plus the staff is always sure to take care of us.

  Their food is awful, but the service is even worse. It took maybe an hour to get our food and we saw our waitress, Jenny three times. Once getting our drink orders, then bringing us our food, and finally to get the check. It was ridiculous. And we saw her just standing around with her buddies talking. It also took around five minutes to be seated.. we were the only ones in line, it wasn't busy- it was 7pm. Their food is also crap too. I got the ribs with fries and it wasn't warm and there was barely any meat on the bones. This was my first time coming here, and I will never ever be back.

  About 6 months ago this company lost my business forever. Went in with my family and ordered after having to go find the server. Waited 45 min for food. People came after us and got food and left. People came got foot and left. Nothing crazy ordered just burgers.
  
  Asked the server several times if he knew how long it would be. Mistakes happen just say hey something messed up sorry will be out as soon as it's ready but nothing. Literally about to leave and the server went to the kitchen and I could see him in there based on where we were sitting plating the food himself. When the food came I asked him nicely to speak to the manager. Told him it took us 45 min to get 4 hamburgers. All I wanted was him to correct it so other people did not have to wait like we did. I wasn't asking for anything for free. He didn't even apologize or ask how it could be made right. He just sent the server over with the bill and took off 10%.
  
  Mistakes happen but horrible customer service is a choice. Will never happen to us again as will never go here again.
