  the debit machines were down on all the pumps. When I slid my card it froze a man walked out and helped me trying to get it to work. we went back inside and I stood by the register where they were working on trying to get the pumps back on. The older lady looked up at me and said "were busy you'll have to go over there" while waving her hands at me to shoo. I told her I was waiting on the machine and she looked at me and snapped "well nothing I can do" I told her I wasn't going to leave my card information in the machine. Her response was "hey there's nothing I can do so you'll just have to leave" she was yelling at me at this time. all in all it was awful service.

  I'm 8 months pregnant, and went in to pay for gas for both my boyfriend and my own vehicles; as well as pick up a vitamin water and some smart water (full hands by the time I reached the register, I set everything down). Rachel (the owner) checked me out, and I began to explain that I needed $20 in cash put on my boyfriend's car, but she had already began to ring up my separate items. So I tried to correct her, and tell her I just needed the $20 on this order and that I had another one as well. She seemed extremely aggravated, and snapped "Would you like to say it again?!" which was completely unnecessary. She was obviously so offended by me, that she wouldn't even tell me my total for my transaction, when I politely asked her to put $40 on my pump. I ran my card, she slapped the receipt on the counter without words, and walked away. I was even sure to tell her to have a wonderful day.
  
  I called to ask for a manager, Rachel told me she was the owner but was very reluctant to even tell me her name. She tried to go rounds with me over the phone when I asked how to make a formal complaint, telling me if I had a complaint I needed to just say it. Her lack of professionalism was extremely inappropriate, and I'm in disbelief that an owner would treat paying customers so horribly. Wouldn't wish this customer service upon anyone. If Rachel was truly just having a "bad day" then I hope she is able to take some time to re-set her day, and not make anyone else's worse, as she has mine.

  This is a super-handy location in South Fort Collins on College/287 and Trilby. There are a ton of pumps and the Staff are all nice Folks mostly... this is a 7-11, not a Four Seasons for crying out loud, so stop your whining.
