My co-workers and I have been getting coffee from this 7/11 for a long time and this dude wanted to charge me money for coffee creamers when the coffee was already stale as it could get. Stale coffee, so what? I don't care about it being stale but don't charge me more for trying to improve the flavor. No one is answering the phone. The older lady needs to retire. She is anything but friendly when hldealing with customers and every time I have went in when she was there I have had problems. I will be going back. I will figure out her name and I will report her to corporate every time she gives me a problem.May 25, 2016
